We exist to be
a faith deepening, gift illuminating, and individual transforming
sisterhood
that is authentic, courageous, motivated by love, and founded in grace. |

Values:
- The “Deep
Well” Value: We know it would be easy for us to form a
shallow pond as a house: to keep things light and fun, to keep people
only connected through house events, to only really touch the people
nearest you. But we want something more. We want this house to model a
well—deep, transparent, and unified.
- The
“Harmony” Value: We don’t want just one single note. We
want Thatcher to bring out the unique and God-given beauty in each
woman so that when we all play our parts, this house is a deep and
rich chord—unique to this group of women.
- The “Real
Love” Value: We know that love can be a thoughtless word.
But we want it to be real in our sisterhood. We want it to under gird
everything we do, sustain everything we do, and inspire everything we
hope to do.
Traditions:
- Our annual
sleepover
- Our annual
Voting Tea Party
- Initiation
Night: the security clearance is way too low to discuss the
details here.
- Our annual fancy
Inauguration Dinner
- Getting
Married. Just kidding—we’ve just had a lot of girls from
Thatcher decide to tie the knot while in our house.
- Thatcher
Nights! Low key hangout/movie/pizza/snack nights to have
fun and relax.
- Our boat
trip outing to Staten Island to the “artsy coffee shop”.
